Think that this little hotel is beyond compare, truly enjoyed it.

Location: the hotel was next to a great location walking distance from downtown, 4 different shopping malls and coffee shops & places to eat.

The room itself was recently refurbished and neat. Plus it had an excellent view of the mountains...

Newly renovated rooms with a lounge and a living room. Lots of food at the excellent breakfast.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. They provided us with great recommendations for our short stay. Our room on the third floor was spacious, with a sitting area, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. It was perfect for longer stays. Despite the lack of an elevator, the staff assisted us with our luggage. The downtown location was convenient for exploring the city.

Very Friendly staff, rooms are clean and big and absolutely no problem with the area or surrounds. A reasonably good 3 star hotel in the heart of the city.

It was very spacious and well located for our visit purpose.

Not enough face cloths. Only two were provided for our overnight stay. Not a pen or note pad provided.I had to go back down the 3 flights of stais to get something to note on. I didn't realize there was no elevator though I fell certain it must have been mentioned somewhere on the web site.We were going on a week cruise and had 3 luggage bags. We had help bringing them up but none going out. We are both 70 yrs old and it was difficult. No kleenex and we both had allergy problems. Not even a plastic fork provided yet there is a stove. Only one pck coffee additives for two guest. I had to go back down for more. We would not staw there again mostly because of no elevators but would recommend to others but warn them of what to expect.

Wifi signal weak.

It is close to shops and Stanley Park. On major bus routes. The suite was spacious and clean.

Although there was a kitchen, there was no equipment and while we had planned to make some of our own meals, we only had 4 plates, two cups and two classes. This was a disappointment but something that the management was aware of and unwilling to correct.

Location is prime for the best of downtown.... Stanley Park and Granville Island are also both easily walkable (unless you don't walk anywhere or are elderly). The Staff are very pleasant and very helpful with suggestions.
